Customer Relations Officer (CRO) [Singapore]


 

Job Description:

  • To manage site office and HDB Building Service Centre, attend to resident's feedback and complaints.
  • Interact with residents to maintain good relationship.
  • Assist on phone calls and emails to answer resident’s enquiries.

  • Make appointment for resident to attend inspection with BSC (Building Service Centre) team.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
  • Liaison with consultants and HDB officers.
  • Provide admin support to the project team.
  • Other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

  • 'O' level or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in handling HDB BTO project is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese is preferred.
