Job description
- Fulfill customer service requests via phone, email, mail, chat, in person or social media
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships and excellent customer service with consumers
- Develop a deep knowledge of adventurous and authentic gear
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction, and following up
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls – no cold calls!
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction – including teaching new terminology and concepts
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
