1. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Finance Administrative Clerk will be responsible for providing office support, clerical, and daily bookkeeping tasks to ensure that the business adheres to best practices.
2. KEY REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in performing the full debtors and creditors control function including reconciliation and journal entries (preferably in the retail industry)
· Grade 12 including a Bookkeeping Qualification
· MUST have previous experience on Pastel or SAGE 200 Evolution.
· Sound Excel skills at Intermediate to Advance level.
· A good understanding of Bond Store advantageous.
· SARS e-Filing submissions advantageous.
· VAT and payroll reconciliation advantageous.
3. SCOPE OF THIS JOB/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Capture, reconcile and pay supplier invoices
· Paying and preparing documentation for FOREX payments
· Allocate and post financial transaction details to subsidiary books
· Reconcile and balance all accounts
· Manage all aspects of accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable when required.
· Assist with audits
· Maintain an accurate and organised file system to support financial records
· Keep track of consumables – Advise on levels for ordering
· Month end accounting recons for FM and maintaining GL Accounts
· Adhoc administration and filing behavioural competencies

Salary: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
