ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Junior Training Intern to join our team and support our customers and teams with their Apple product needs. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver training sessions for Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, and other related hardware and software, to both new and existing employees.

The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver training sessions for Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, and other related hardware and software, to both new and existing employees.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver training sessions for new and existing employees on Apple product support and troubleshooting, using a variety of methods including classroom-based, online, and one-on-one sessions.

Develop and update training materials, including online courses, manuals, and tutorials, to reflect changes in Apple products and software.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure that training materials are up-to-date and aligned with company goals.

Continuously seek to improve the effectiveness of training materials and delivery methods.

Help manage the training schedule, including scheduling and coordinating training sessions with employees.

Familiarity with Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, and Macs, and their operating systems.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience creating and delivering training materials is a plus.
