We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and routing incoming calls, managing mail and deliveries, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Manage office supplies and other related tasks.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Provide customer service to visitors and callers.
- Update and maintain records of visitors, customers, and clients.
