POSITION PURPOSE
The Digital Advertising Specialist role is responsible for assisting in strategic planning and administering the overall direction and goals for the online advertising campaigns, with a focus on optimization strategies.
Key Responsibility
Online advertising & lead generation
- Determine the advertising goals in line with business objectives.
- Set direction for PPC campaigns and identify optimization opportunities with a focus on CPA goals.
- Create online marketing campaigns with specific targeting (users’ interest & behaviour “segmentation”, location, language, and demographic).
- Use all the available tools to create the best keyword lists; relevancy is the most important factor.
- Write brief and effective text ads, using successful techniques.
- Evaluate the performance of the banners running on different display networks and provide the designers with recommendations about banner’s image and message.
- Ensure achievement of best results in terms of Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Preparing custom reports to E-marketing Team Leader and Regional Marketing Manager to indicate the performance trends and include recommendations in order to improve the performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 2+ years overall digital marketing experience within a corporate marketing department or agency
- Google Ads experience is a MUST
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing current best practices and understanding of Digital production processes
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to use insights data, such as Google Analytics, to gain insights and drive decisions
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for online advertising, demonstrated through up-to-date knowledge of the latest online advertising trends
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Fluency in Arabic & English is a must
- Creative & Passionate
- Pay-Per-Click, Paid Search experience is a must.
- Knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills.
- Detail oriented and strong analytical skills
