TePe’s Portfolio Department is undergoing a transition to a category management organization and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Manager to join the team. Initially you will be playing a pivotal role in driving this change, while taking responsibility for our portfolio, lead strategic initiatives, and foster long-term profitability on our continued path of sustainable growth.

The Role as Portfolio Manager at TePe:
As the Portfolio Manager, you will develop and execute the portfolio strategy aligned with TePe's strategy, vision and overall business goals. You will lead a team of five and collaborate closely with other departments as well as our international subsidiaries and Business Creators. Your experience and leadership will guide your team’s efforts while ensuring alignment with our strategic platformand maintaining profitability.
You will be reporting to the Portfolio Director who is part of our Global Management Team.
Responsibilities:
Portfolio Strategy
- Align portfolio strategy with TePe's overall vision and business strategy.
- Link portfolio strategy to category plans and resource allocation.
- Analyze trends affecting portfolio positioning.
Portfolio Development
- Develop category, product, and packaging strategies.
- Shape the TePe Roadmap for the portfolio.
- Manage a balanced innovation funnel and collaborate with Product Development.
- Apply brand strategy to products in coordination with Group Brand Manager.
- Convert trends into business opportunities.
Portfolio Performance
- Analyze portfolio profitability in line with long-term goals.
- Ensure pricing alignment with market strategy.
- Track sales trends globally and locally.
- Support subsidiary commercial and launch plans.
- Lead new concept development and solutions for portfolio.
- Monitor and gather consumer and professional insights and market data
- Apply consumer and professional insights to the TePe portfolioStreamline portfolio management processes.
- Manage budget and personnel: 1 coordinator, 4 managers.
Your qualifications:
- Relevant academic degree.
- Proven expertise in category management and multichannel sale.
- Well versed in using, and interpreting market data.
- Experience in building strong teams and leading them in a changing environment.
- Experience with personnel and commercial (business) responsibility
- Experience of leading in a global environment, international experience is a must.
- Experience from different companies or sectors is a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and Englis

Good to know
The position is a permanent full-time employment, starting as soon as possible with regards to the notice period.
The role is located at TePe’s headquarters in Malmö, Sweden. The role requires a willingness to travel occasionally.
