Job Description
- Takes proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.
- Provides specialized security for and monitors access to limited and restricted access areas such as inventory areas, network equipment areas, and employee files and confidential records.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards.
- Prepares and conducts training for new hires and current staff including training on workplace searches, drug and alcohol procedures, and related safety and security topics.
- A security supervisor monitors his staff by patrolling with them by auto or on foot. The supervisor is also responsible for monitoring the electronic surveillance equipment used on the premises.
- Each day the supervisor assigns areas for his officers to patrol and presents a list of potential problems his officers should be on the lookout for.
- The supervisor oversees the transfer of the accused person to the custody of local law enforcement personnel.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Criminology or any related course
- Must be a licensed criminology
- New passers are encouraged to apply
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong reporting skills
- Outstanding observation and monitoring skills

Salary: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
