Your days will be filled with:
- Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
- Work with senior management to shape the client delivery strategy, aligning it with our company's vision and goals.
- Address escalated client issues and conflicts swiftly, maintaining a solution-oriented approach to uphold client trust.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the team's success in delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
- Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
- Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
- Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.
Who we are looking for:
- 8 years of experience in client management, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.
- B2B Development and working on Growth & Revenue Goals experience is highly desirable
- Experience in outsourcing industry is a plus
- Proven track record of managing foreign business relationships at various organizational levels
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Spreadsheets, and familiarity in Google Tools (ie. Calendar, GDrive)
- Able to work transparently, independently, take initiative and be very organized
- Strong verbal and highly proficient writing skills, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
