- 2+ years of experience teaching in an early years setting, particularly with children below the age of 6.
- Bachelors degree / Cache 3 or Montessori qualification required.
- Excellent range of teaching pedagogies with open mindedness to learning and implementing.
- Exceptional relationship and communication skills.
- Essential to relate well to both children and adults and have a strong communication and listening skills.
- Team working, flexibility and adaptability with sensitivity to the needs of children are critical to requirement of this role.
- Well organized.
- Good Problem, solving skills.
- Flexibility and creative thinking.
