We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic
DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
to join our client Wirepas.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Wirepas digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, attract new customers, and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging digital campaigns, optimize our digital channels, and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Optimize digital channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and email marketing, to improve reach and conversion rates.
- Research and analyze data to identify target audiences, customer behavior, and emerging trends, and use insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, customers success), to create compelling digital assets, landing pages, and user experiences.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics, digital campaign performance, and key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Webmaster responsibilities to ensure the functionality and navigation of Wirepas.com webpages.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement continuous improvements to optimize digital campaigns and conversion rates.
- Stay informed about relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to digital marketing activities, ensuring compliance in all campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing (Hubspot knowledge is a plus), and content marketing.
- Proficient in using digital marketing platforms, such as GA4, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and effectively communicate marketing messages.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities.
- Familiarity with web design principles, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
- Previous experience in B2B companies is a plus

Instructions and additional information
This is a permanent position. We are flexible with the starting date but we prefer it to be in the autumn. The HQ is located in Tampere and you can also work hybrid.
