Qualifications (minimum requirements) 任职资格

Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:
Project Administration
- Hotel booking and transportation arrangement for department guests, colleagues, etc.
- Prepare visa for dept. colleagues if business trip needed.
- Order stationery for dept. if needed
- Manage department sharepoint and mail group
Project Coordinator
- Archive administrator.
- STJ & NN Globe share coordinator and editor of department.
- Department/Project promotion related activities
- Coordinate for other activities, like annual party.
- Receive employees’ suggestion and coordinate with related department.
Project Assistant
- Archive and maintain department documentations and department binder.
- Collect and maintain the attendance information. Resolve system problem with HR\IT. Do attendance analysis.
- Distribution of welfare.
- Request and organize department meeting, send meeting agenda and make meeting minutes.
- Assist Site expansion project PVP organize department team building and team outing.
EHS Representative
- Take the responsibility of EHS representatives as SOP044249 and other NN/STJ procedure required;
- Take the responsibility to supporting project team which is required by local laws and regulations.

- Incorporate Novo Nordisk Way (NNW) into daily way of working 将诺和诺德之道(NNW)融入到日常工作中
- Other work assigned by line manager. 直线经理安排的其他工作。
- Keep line manager accurately informed of work status as well as any problems 保证将工作状态和所有问题准确通知到直线经理
