Requirements:
Customer service experience required
Sales experience preferred
Some travel industry experience is preferred, but not required
Self-starter and motivated to learn
Must be detail-oriented
Ability to use a variety of technology
Must have own cell phone and computer with stable internet
Must be a U.S. Resident
Responsibilities:
Research and create exceptional itineraries for clients
Attend ongoing webinars with suppliers to become specialized in specific destinations
Plan trips according to the client’s budget constraints
Be up-to-date with current travel regulations
Book travel (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc.)
Be sure all bookings are logged into company CRM
Effectively communicate with clients pre/post-travel
Handle issues that may arise (pre/post booking and/or during travel) for clients
Maintain Travelology’s brand standards when dealing with clients and suppliers
