Role summary:
In this role, as part of the Quality team, you will actively support users on company’s Quality Systems acting as Quality ambassador and ensuring Business Continuity at Corporate and Project Level as well.
You will have the opportunity to get international exposure and familiar yourself with some state-of- the- art Quality Systems worldwide.

What you will need to do:
- Support the Compliance of Archirodon’s Quality Management System
- Liaise with Company’s Departments for the update of their Policies, Processes, and Forms.
- Provide continuous support to all users on Archirodon’s Quality Applications, in coordination with IT Department.
- Raise awareness for Process Governance and facilitate the capturing of Process Improvement initiatives.
- Support Quality Project Teams on Workflow Automation tools
- Update existing training material and develop additional one regarding QLT workflows, documentation, awareness campaigns, Continuous Improvement etc.
- Collect and register common findings from Audits and support the BI (Business Intelligence) tools for Quality.
- Support the recording, review, and dissemination of Key Lessons Learnt (KLL)
- Organize series of meetings with Departments & Divisions, supporting them on the development of their Business Continuity Plans
What you will need to have:
- BSc degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field
- At least two (2) years of experience in Quality function
- Exposure in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 and others) & Quality Assurance Practices
- Fluency in English & Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with Digital Systems and Software will be also considered a plus (Power BI, Workflow and Process Automation, RPA, BPM tools)
- Willingness for short travel around to international project locations (think Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa to start with), especially in their kick-off stage.
