- Responsible for the performance of a production/manufacturing sector through hierarchical animation of teams.
- Aligns resources with needs within short- & medium-term horizons, elaborates training plans where necessary for successful execution of standardized work, leads short-interval management at the sector level, and formulates/escalates issues where necessary.
- A strong contributor to continuous improvement. People management accountability.
- Dedicated to determining the time required to manufacture a product through the utilization of an appropriate method. Prescribing the necessary detailed process steps using appropriate gestures (ergonomics)
- Contribution to the entire time management process including product costing, performance animation & performance calculation. A strong contributor to continuous improvement
- Responsible for Production planning, SIOP, and weekly/Monthly reports
- SPOC for SPS and SE internal audits

Duties and Responsibilities:
- BSc Degree in Engineering
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Very good knowledge of SAP
- Has previously worked with CAMA, SMB2, Q-simulation, video analysis, and any other planning and forecasting tools
- Six Sigma is preferred
- Autocad is preferred
