MPE (Manufacturing and Product Engineering) is responsible for developing and delivering the product's testing program across all processor segments, supporting 95% of Intel's revenue.
Our work includes both pre and post-silicon activities, working on Intel's latest and most important processors for mobile and desktop computers.

About the role:
MPE CDG lab manager leads an organization that Provides lab and operation services to meet Client processors Roadmap on cadence, in high quality and competitive cost.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the MPE Client products validation labs, the organization includes >100 employees + CWs (Management, Engineering, Operational, Equipment maintenance, planning, purchasing, and logistic).
- Own and drive the manufacturing and validation labs for intel client products. Lead the Operational, Equipment, and engineering managers that are driving the execution of the Client products test program validation activities.
- Accountable for lab employees’ well-being, development and safety while meeting all the aggressive goals for releasing Intel client products to market on time.
- Manage the layout, availability and the utilization of dozens of testing equipment and hundreds of platform systems.
- Responsible for manufacturing execution readiness for NPI.
- Own the supply chain, budget control, planning and the validation labs strategy.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders, customers and partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and management Engineering/Electric Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or related field- 5+ years of Managerial experience and Leadership experience in mid level organizations and as a manager of managers.
- Experience in large operation
- Fluent English
- Deep understanding of manufacturing process or testing process - Advantage
- Ability to dive into technical problem solving- advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in Post Si domain- advantage
