Regional Product Enablement [Panama]

 

Purpose of the role:

Equip internal Teams such marketing, customer support with the knowledge, tools and resources to effectively understand, promote and support a product

What your impact will be:

• Empower the teams to deliver value to customers
• Support Growth Enablement Teams to achieve sales targets and drive product adoption
• Support and act to train and educate FbM Teams regarding the Product family.
• Contribute to enabling sales, marketing, technical sales, and solution engineers
• Contribute to enabling communication between FbM and support areas and the “Delivery” teams
• Support the development and enabler FbM Family (OCT, OCF, Depot, CCS)
• Support and connect the Product Managers with the other FbM stakeholders, like Solution Engineers, Growth
• Enablement of Business Development Teams (Tech Sales), and LnS and FbM Heads.
• Support Solution Designing Team bridging them with IT stakeholders

Accountable for:

• Operational Systems selecting and fitting with technical solutions
• Connect SD with the Delivery Team
• Coordinate the handover from FbM product to Implementation (Delivery)
• Guarantee the processes will be followed by FbM regional and Area Teams; as well as the Product Managers
