We are looking for an experienced retail assistant to join our team at Pet Planet with an immediate start. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week over 5 days.
We work 9am to 5:30 pm Monday to Saturday. This role does not involve any late night, Sunday or Bank Holiday work.
The role involves:
- Providing excellent customer service to our valued customers, helping with their enquiries and explaining our products to them.
- General retail duties including cash register duties, unpacking deliveries, maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor.
Previous experience in the pet supplies trade would be an advantage, though it is not essential.
