A part of the AMEA region snack’s function, you will deliver high quality financial information and ensure it aligns with strategy and perform competitive intelligence work to benchmark vs competition. In addition, you will manage financial controls in budget claims management, reports and accounting policies.
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Partner & lead with the cross functional teams for managing profitability and maintaining sound financial position looking at the Pricing, Mix & Trade spending.- Own overall direction and control for A&P- related matters.
- Providing qualitative information about External Landscape i.e competitors, food / beverage industries, and macro-economic indicators.
- Develop & Leverage automation for forecasting, Value chain, distributor claims process and trade spends management.
- Proactively taking value-creating initiatives for Kellogg’s growth and maximizing shareholders’ value.
- Counsel Senior Leadership Team for sound decision making in various aspects of the business.
- Any other ad hoc requests from company leadership
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Possess a degree holder in Accounting/Finance or Business. A Master’s degree in finance or business administration would be advantageous.- Minimum 5 years of commercial finance experience, ideally in the FMCG industry.
- Strong finance background with commercial experience/business acumen.
- Agility & ability to cope with change & ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to unlock insights and drive decisions based on data.
- Specialized knowledge of accounting, financial management, tax regulations, internal control and treasury.
- Proficient in Excel and SAP.
- Excellent thinking and problem solving, communication, leadership and collaboration, with an ability able to handle multiple priorities in diverse cultures.
- A willingness to learn.
