• Create compelling and high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, showcases our expertise, and drives engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content opportunities and gather relevant information for creating engaging materials.
• Utilize social media platforms, such as TikTok and Instagram, to promote short-form video content and increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Leverage video creation, automation, and publishing tools to streamline content production and distribution processes.
• Analyze data and metrics to assess the performance of content campaigns and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and lead generation, implementing innovative strategies to enhance our brand presence.

Our requirements

• Proven experience in content marketing, lead generation, and social media management in the B2B industry.
• Demonstrable results in building and growing social media profiles on platforms like TikTok, Linkedin and Instagram.
• Proficiency in video creation, automation, and publishing tools.
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on generating innovative content ideas.

We'd love to start off with a part-time collaboration, working around 20 hours a week. And as you continue to grow with Globus.ai, there's always the possibility of transitioning into a full-time position.
