Job Purpose and Impact
The Category Marketing Manager - Convenience will craft and execute a marketing strategy to drive profitable growth and customer dedication for the Convenience product line and category. You will partner with our product line, technical, go-to-market (GTM)and other relevant teams to establish marketing plans and opportunities to enable an outstanding customer experience to deliver valuable offerings for customers and prospects. You will formulate and drive category strategy and set compelling market leading customer value propositions. Key Accountabilities

Plan, execute and measure marketing strategies, annual marketing plan and promotions for specific categories & product line/s to achieve sales objectives
In collaboration with the GTM, product line and technical teams, build customer intimacy and align marketing initiatives with category trends to provide key customers with winning value propositions, incorporating Cargill solutions
Act as a project manager ensuring good and timely execution of key marketing initiatives based on priorities established through the marketing planning process
Supervise marketing promotions performance and metrics
Integrate category and consumer insights to grow Cargill’s Food Solution business’ market share in convenience category and drive the execution of marketing strategy & activities across the region for key category customers.
Partner with insights team to use robust marketing research and analytical approach, processes, and systems to build industry leading customer insights and market/industry understanding for convenience category
Partner with insights, commercial, product line and R&D teams to develop compelling NPSS ideas by integrating market trends insights with technical advancements
To support key customer presentations for marketing proactive campaigns, and work with GTM team for customer events (road shows, innovation days) and manage external and internal communication for assigned product line/categories
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business related or equivalent experience,
Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver timely projects within budge guidelines
Experience executing B2B customer specific campaigns and promotions
Experience engaging directly with customers with a positive impact
Experience developing strategic marketing plans that generated customer growth
Minimum of four years of related work experience

Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and demonstrated ability to navigate it
Comfortable working across silos and building strong partnerships cross-functionally
