Description
You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process. Starting with the active search for the right candidates and ending with them starting a job with your client.- You will function as a gatekeeper between your candidates and clients. It is up to you to determine which client would be the perfect fit for your candidate and vice versa.
- You are constantly in touch with your candidates and clients. Even when there is nothing new to report it is important to keep them in the loop.
Profiles
- You are fluent in English and French.
- Experience in sales is an added bonus but certainly not a requirement.
- You are eager to learn, and quitting isn't in your dictionary.
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience.
