As a Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Running smooth shifts and ensuring the store operates seamlessly
- Resolving customer concerns
- Creating and managing successful rosters
- Training new and existing team members to be pizza superstars
- Keeping stock in check by ordering and conducting inventory counts
- Handling cash with precision
- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards
- Assisting with recruitment to build an exceptional team
- Driving sales growth in the community
