A lovely single-parent family is seeking an English and French-speaking Nanny/Governess to become part of their family and assist their 3 boys.

As a Nanny/Governess, you will be responsible for meeting the children’s daily needs; providing a high standard of care within a nurturing environment, following an already established routine and schedule, and ensuring they are reaching all age-appropriate milestones. Additional duties will include preparing meals, bathing, arranging fun excursions for the family, taking the children to school, running errands for the children and family, and organising the child’s belongings.
Additional duties include making reservations for restaurants, assisting staff with the smooth running of the household while the children are not in your care, encouraging positive behaviours, and ensuring the children have support and care in the family home.
The family are keen to create a relaxed environment for the boys and have a kind manner towards their staff, therefore are seeing a candidate who is looking for a long-term role.
The ideal candidate will be calm, organised, and able to step into the position with ease to work with the other staff in the household. The children already have a nanny and a governess and it is essential you can work together as a team. You should be independent, kind-mannered, proactive, and able to undertake tasks independently. You will be required to collect the children from school so being a driver is essential for this role.
This is a live-out position with accommodation provided close to the family home.
The working schedule will be 6 days on/ 6 days off, with flights provided at the end of each shift. Flexibility is required due to the family’s schedule.
The salary on offer is €4500 net per month.
The candidate must hold a passport from the European Union to allow for travel and residing in Belgium.
