The Dean of Students' Office is looking for an open-minded and committed individual to join as Officer of Co-curricular Programs Team. The appointee will be responsible to:
- Plan, organize and execute student development programs and activities;
- Liaise with student bodies, internal and external parties;
- Support learning and development programs from planning to delivery;
- Assist to facilitate training and workshops in both in-person and virtual settings;
- Provide guidance and advising support to students in their projects to facilitate their learning and personal development;
- Participate in multimedia production and create visual content for promotion and social media platforms to connect with students; and
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Occasionally working outside normal office hours will be required.
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years’ post-qualification work experience. The appointee should be proactive; enthusiastic about empowering student development; and adopt a growth mindset. The appointee should be a good team player and able to adapt to changing priorities with good interpersonal and communication skills. Preference will be given to those who demonstrate passion in working with youth and in education. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
