Job description
XII Braves is currently looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven Junior / Game QAs to join us. It is essential for this individual to find issues with our game (Valiant Force 2) and accurately communicate them to the team.
This eagle-eyed individual will also be the first to try out all the new game features, and provide feedback on how to improve the product.
Responsibilities
We strongly believe in cohesion and team spirit. Creating mobile video games involves strong collaboration with different types of talents. It is the coming together of skills – from game testers, developers, artists, marketers, and more - that creates games people want to play. Here, we learn from each other and value talent(skills) more than focusing on hierarchy.
A Junior / Game QA works with programmers to isolate conditions for repeating found bugs and verifying fixed bugs for video games developed on various mobile devices.
Requirements
- Has ability and patience to perform detailed testing
- Has experienced in leading testing initiatives, responsible for quality metrics
- The love to play mobile RPGs
- A sharp eye for details, capacity to stay on course.
- Good spoken and written communication English skills and be able to work with varied staff members and personalities
- Posts a clear and accurate description of each bug found in the QA database
- Capacity to follow checklists with precision
- Able to give and accept positive as well as negative feedback
- Ability to identify what is required by checklists and being prepared to provide it
- Able to perform heavy OT as and when needed
- Work Hours: 10am to 7pm (Mon to Fri)
- Salary: S$1800 - 2500 per month (depends on work experience)
